Reel Bookings

What's Included - £45 per horse/rider
  • 1 fully edited reel (up to 60 seconds)
  • All individual slow-motion clips captured during your round.

You can decide whether you’d like me to capture SJ followed by one or two XC fences in the field immediately behind the area. Or I can cover just XC but go further into the course, where the larger fences usually are, and capture two or three clips. Candid moments may also be captured in warm‑up or around the rings. For XC, I usually choose two or three fences I can move between safely to give you more variety in your reel. If you’re riding multiple horses, it’s £45 per horse, and each horse receives its own reel. Please message me if you wish to discuss something different RE multiple rides.

How It Works

Reels must be pre‑booked and pre‑paid. Please complete the form below to book and I will be in touch with a payment link shortly after. The form asks for your preference regarding phases filmed, and I will do my best to adhere to these requests. Please stick to your times on the day. Going early or late may mean I’m not in position to film you, plus there is no live tracker for Jump X so I can only rely on times.

Usage Rights
  • All reels and clips are delivered with a personal‑use licence. This means you’re welcome to share them online, but they must not be used commercially (e.g., for sponsorships, brand deals, advertising, or business promotion) without written permission.
  • I may use your footage for my own portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise.

I aim to film all three phases, but SJ & XC take priority if timings clash. Candid moments may also be captured in warm‑up or around the rings. For XC, I will usually choose two fences I can move between safely to give you more variety in your reel. If you’re riding multiple horses, it’s £65 per horse, and each horse receives its own reel. Please message me if you wish to discuss something different RE multiple rides.

How It Works

Reels must be pre‑booked and pre‑paid. Please complete the form below to express your interest — this helps me manage numbers and plan logistics. I expect to cap bookings at around 6 per day.

Once competition times are released, I will:

  1. Check who I can realistically film
  2. Contact riders to confirm availability
  3. Take payment to secure the booking

If I cannot film your round due to scheduling, I will let you know. If extra spaces become available once times are out, I’ll reopen bookings on social media. Please stick to your times on the day. Going early or late may mean I’m not in position to film you.

Terms & Conditions

These keep everything clear and fair for both of us.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • No refunds if you retire, are eliminated, or do not attend the competition.
  • Retire/Elimination: If I don’t have enough footage to create a suitable reel, your booking may be moved to a future date. All footage from the original day will be deleted.
  • No‑show: If you cannot attend, I’m happy to discuss moving your booking to another event.
  • Refunds are only available if I am unable to capture your round, meaning I cannot deliver the service described.
  • Weather or event changes: If conditions prevent filming (e.g., cancellations, severe weather), bookings may be moved or refunded depending on the situation.
